Entry doors on small craft and lightweight vessels. Toilet and storage doors on commercial and larger craft.
Format
- Hinged: Can be supplied in single, double or bifold formats.
- Sliding: Not advised, but available on specific request.
Construction
Supplied in hard-corner format only. Stiles (vertical) are joined to rails (horizontal) via screw tracks in rails, making all joints butt joints. Hinges are a L/D anodized Ali-fast fix; sliding rollers are adjustable nylon units, and are fitted to top and bottom of doors. All locks are marine grade; cylinders are available in a variety of grades.
Glazing
Accepts 3-10mm glass/panel.
Components
L/D door suites are a combination of residential low profile door sections and specialised outer framing that, when combined with marine grade hardware, produce a door that is suitable for limited marine usage.
