Applications:
Aft Entry door sets for pleasure craft up to 15m (50 ft) which require a high degree of versatility without too much bulk/weight. Particularly effective on sail catamarans due to the light weight and low profile design.
Format:
Supplied in 77 or 100mm radius corner format.
Hinging formats – Single, double and bi-folding, including combinations for multi-leaf sets.
Construction:
Fully welded outer and inner frames, with ‘stile caps’ screw fixed as required by hardware.
Primary locks are marine grade short backset mortice style.
Secondary latches are 2 point commercial grade items, which are accessable from the internal face only.
Glazing:
Will accept any 3-6mm panel, glazing is generally 5-6mm safety glass, however if weight is critical then 6mm acrylic can be substituted.
Components:
Outer Frame consists of “L/D outer frame” as found on L/D door suite page.
Door Frame consists of “H/D channel” as found on H/D windscreen page.
Stile Caps, (to accommodate locking/latching hardware) are an adapted commercial door suite stile.
