Watertight Door

• Height: Customised to client requirements, generally between 600-2000mm.
• Width: MIN 400mm, then 500-800mm on 50mm increment, MAX 900mm.

• Outer Frame – 5mm Plate rolled to shape, EITHER with/out fitment flange at sizing as required.
• Door leaf – 5mm Plate with extruded door box/bracing.
• Internal Skin – 2mm Skin.

Steel [HA250 STD] or 316 SS:

• Outer Frame – 4mm Plate rolled to shape, EITHER with/out fitment flange at sizing as required.
• Door leaf – 4mm Plate with 3mm door box/bracing.
• Internal Skin – 0.9mm Skin, Steel Zinc Primed, SS 316

• Height: Generally between 600-2000mm.

• Outer Frame – Extruded proprietary outer frame with 50mm flange.
• Door leaf – 5mm Plate with extruded door box/bracing.
• Internal Skin – 2mm Skin.

Steel [HA250 STD] or 316 SS:

• Outer Frame – 4mm Plate radiused, EITHER with/out fitment flange at sizing as required.
• Door leaf – 4mm Plate with 3mm door box/bracing.
• Internal Skin – 0.9mm Skin, Steel Zinc Primed, SS 316.

• Construction method as standard is generally suitable for Pressure testing for up to 3 metres or 0.3 bar.
• For greater pressure heads or “over-size” items, options are available: please make specific enquiry.

• Central locking via polished T-Bar Stainless Steel handle standard inside & outside, operating multiple closing pins – generally Min 4 to Max 10, as required by sizing/pressure: All pins and components inside the door are Stainless Steel construction.
• Weld-In or Bolt-In fitment formats available.
• Various finishes available: Raw / Passivated / Primed / Powder Coated / Wet Sprayed.

*Materials can be mixed/matched, ie: Aluminium outer frame with SS door / Steel Frame with Aluminium Door.

• Aluminium or Zinc steel Internal skins can be switched for SS Skins in all cases.
• Aluminium Doors: Extruded EPDM Seal.
• Steel & SS Doors: Extruded Silicone Seal.

• Deadlock utilising Internal Locking Snib ONLY.
• External Padlock Hasp.
• Mounting point for [client supplied] proximity switch for monitoring open/closed status.
