Weather-Tight Door

• Height: Generally between 1200-2000mm.
• Width: Generally between 600-1000mm.

• Height: Generally between 1200-1800mm.
• Width: Generally between 1000-1800mm.

• Outer Frame – Extruded proprietary outer frame with 50mm flange.
• Door leaf – 3mm Plate with extruded door box/bracing.
• Internal Skin – 2mm Skin.

Steel [HA250 STD] or 316 SS:

• Outer Frame – 4mm Plate radiused, EITHER with/out fitment flange at sizing as required.
• Door leaf – 3mm Plate with 3mm door box/bracing.
• Internal Skin – 0.9mm Skin, Steel Zinc Primed, SS 316.

• N/A. Survey inspection only of construction method [only] can be arranged by request.
• Weather tight doors are subject to a Survey hose test on vessel, after Client fitment.

• Central locking via polished T-Bar Stainless Steel handle standard inside & outside, operating multiple closing pins – generally min 2 to Max: 5 for single leaf, 7 for Double leaf – as required by sizing/pressure: All pins and components inside the door are Stainless Steel construction.
• Weld-In or Bolt-In fitment formats available.
• Various finishes available: Raw / Passivated / Primed / Powder Coated / Wet Sprayed.

*Materials can be mixed/matched, ie: Aluminium outer frame with SS door / Steel Frame with Aluminium Door.

• Aluminium or Zinc steel Internal skins can be switched for SS Skins in all cases.
• Aluminium Doors: Extruded EPDM Seal.
• Steel & SS Doors: Extruded Silicone Seal.

•  Box-out aperture [in upper section of door] to accept either direct glazed glass [STD] or separately framed window.
• Supply & fitment of window as required for above.

Deadlock, utilising any of the following formats:

• Internal Locking Snib ONLY.
• Keyed External, Snib internal.
• Keyed BOTH faces.
• Toilet: Indicator external with emergency over-ride, Snib internal.

General

• External Padlock Hasp.
• Mounting point for [client supplied] proximity switch for monitoring open/closed status.
